The
Tees Valley Area undertook their first coach education course under the new
BAofE Coaching Scheme.
The
Level 1 Assistant Coach Award course was run over the weekend of the 5th &
6th February, at the David Lloyd Leisure Club, Tees Barrage.
The
candidates were an even mix of local young league players and local teachers.
The
young players were able to help the teachers with their technical and tactical
skills.
The
teachers were able to help the young players with their teaching skills.
The
aim of the course is to provide the candidates with the right skills to help
coach young players in Clubs and Schools throughout the area.
All
the candidates were successful.
The
